Hello!

First, we would like to thank you for being a part of Newbourne Village and second welcome back home!  

On this page you will find the links to secure your vending space! Please read carefuly and choose the correct size and payment. 

 

Fee Deadline is: April 1, 2023.

Any applications or fees received after April 1st will be subject to a 10% increase.

Please Note:
Electricity or running water is limited or non-existent. Please plan accordingly and with the assumption that you will not have electricity or running water.
If your vending spot has electric/water hookups and you have permission by the land management to use it, you may be subject to an additional fee.

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds.
The only exception is if Newbourne Village has to cancel the run in full or in part.
In such an event vendors will receive full refund of their vendor fee if the festival has to fully close. If the festival has to partially close a partial refund will be issued for the days the festival had to close.

Fee for a tent/vardo/cart vending space for entire four weekend run.

Space is approximately
15’ x 15’.


If your measurements don't exactly match one of the specified sizes, select the next size up.
Other sizes are negotiable if space allows.

$175

Fee for a tent/vardo/cart vending space for entire four weekend run.

Space is approximately
10’ x 10’.


If your measurements don't exactly match one of the specified sizes, select the next size up.
Other sizes are negotiable if space allows.

$150

Wandering Vendor for entire four weekend run.


Takes up no room.

$175

Fee for a tent/vardo/cart vending space for limited run (3 days or less).

Space is approximately
15’ x 15’.
